Q: Are your Crystal Art kits really framed?
A: Yes! All our Crystal Art kits are professionally stretched and mounted on wooden frames at our factory before we send them to you (unless expressly stated otherwise). This has two benefits: 1) you don't have to go to the trouble of framing these kits yourself, which can be time-consuming and very expensive; 2) applying crystals onto a firm surface is much easier, and once they are on, they're on! They won't come off.
Q: Is this the same as diamond painting I've seen on the internet?
A: Yes and No! The technique of applying resin crystals to a sticky template is the same. But there are also several key differences with our products. Firstly, our kits are all professionally framed before they're sent to you, unlike the "diamond painting" rolls of fabric you can buy on the internet. Secondly, all our images are licensed from artists and photographers we've partnered with, which is not the case with many companies who sell diamond paintings online. Thirdly, all our products have been subject to safety testing, and they are "CE approved" - this means they conform to all European safety and quality regulations. Finally, in addition to our Crystal Art kits, we also offer a host of other products, including Crystal Card Kits, Crystal Art Motifs (Stickers), LED Crystal Art Kits, Accessories and much more!
Q: Are your artworks officially licensed?
A: Yes! All our products contain artworks/images that are licensed from artists and photographers that we've partnered with, and pay royalties to. We strongly believe that the artists and photographs who create artwork must be compensated for their efforts - plus this is also the legally correct way to do it. We regret to see so many diamond painting companies online illegally offering diamond paintings for sale online without seeking the authorisation of the original artist - this is not only illegal but unethical too.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We have happy customers from all over the world. Click on this link to see our global delivery charges.
Q: Are your products shipped from China, or the UK?
A: Currently all our products, except our custom kits, are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Our custom kits are specially ordered from our factory in China, and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Q: What is your order lead time?
A: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of receiving your order. If you live in the UK, you should receive your order within 2-3 days of ordering on our website. If you live in Europe, you should receive your order within 5-7 days of ordering on our website. If you live in the rest of the world, you should receive your order within 7-15 days of ordering.
Our custom kits are specially ordered from our factory in China, and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you have pre ordered an item, your entire order will be dispatched together from the dispatch date of your pre-ordered item.
Please allow additional lead time during the Christmas period. We would advise you place an order no later than 11.59pm on Tuesday 17th December for delivery before Christmas in 2019.
Q: Are you Crystal Art and Card Kits full or partial coverage?
A: We offer a mix of both. All our listings mention whether the item is full or partial.
Q: Do you really offer Crystal Art Kits with in-built LED lights?

Q: I'm missing some crystals in my kit. What do I do?
A: Contact our friendly UK-based Customer Service team, who will be happy to send you replacement crystals.
A: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All kits and crystals must be in their original packaging.
